Andrew has been practicing meditation since 1981 and teaching since 2006. Currently he manages the content for the online courses and teaches privately. (Please click here to learn more about private meditation instruction).

En route to developing his meditation courses, Andrew actively studied and pursued many spiritual disciplines including Buddhist meditation, mysticism, the philosophy of Tarot, practicing Out-of-Body experiences, lucid dreaming, cleansing and fasting and other self help techniques.

In 2004, he began a concentrated period being taught by Master Teachers in the mystical tradition which lasted 8 years. In this time he devoted his life to serving humanity and God, the Higher Power through whatever works he could do.

In 2013, he opened Meditate - Yoga & Meditation Center in Chicago, Illinois. Currently Andrew teaches meditation (and counsels students on spiritual matters) full time. From 2012 to 2017, He volunteered in Illinois prisons (Pontiac and Stateville Correctional) providing spiritual guidance and teaching meditation to inmates.

In addition to his dedication to the meditation, Andrew has extensive experience in the business world. His last position before opening Meditate was as Senior Vice President of Walker Sands Communication, a PR and marketing agency in downtown Chicago specializing in serving technology clients.
